Since our inception in 1982, Cloverleaf has maintained a record of consistent and reliable performance, historically employing a low-leveraged financing structure. We are well known, respected and have a solid reputation in the marketplace. Cloverleaf can obtain non-recourse financing, even in challenging lending environments. As a result, sellers (including lenders), receivers, and the brokerage community seek out Cloverleaf because of its predictability in closing.

Cloverleaf's projects are, and have almost universally been, low leveraged. Therefore, they are better able to withstand economic downturns.

The Cloverleaf Group manages only its own properties and takes a hands-on approach to leasing. Our management and leasing team performs better than a third-party fee-based management company would, because we have the time and resources and a direct interest in the results.

We provide our investors with property status updates at lease quarterly and send out K-1s prior to the end of February each year.
