Founded in 1982, The Cloverleaf Group acquires, syndicates and manages real estate properties. We have a breadth and depth of experience in renovation, expansion, value-added investments and development.

To date, The Cloverleaf Group has formed over 40 investment entities and raised equity commitments from private investors in excess of $125,000,000. The Cloverleaf Group, its shareholders and their families invest in each and every deal in the same class as all other investors. At Cloverleaf, we strive to purchase properties with relatively low leverage, and with a target loan to value of 60 to 65 percent.

The company’s holdings include a wide range of properties that extends from industrial buildings to retail centers. While our present focus is on retail, industrial and office properties, The Cloverleaf Group’s previous and current holdings include single- and multi-tenant buildings, sale-leasebacks and build-to-suit ventures.

The Cloverleaf Group exclusively manages its own properties and takes a hands-on approach to leasing. We provide our investors with property status updates on a quarterly basis and send out K-1 prior to the end of February each year.
