A practicing attorney until 1982 when he founded Cloverleaf, Michael Basofin brings his broad experience in the areas of real estate law general corporate law and business litigation to his role at Cloverleaf. He graduated from the Miami University in Ohio in 1967 and Loyola University School of Law in 1970. He has been President of Cloverleaf companies since 1982.
Jonathan E. Basofin

Jonathan began working with Cloverleaf in 2009 and participates in all areas of the company's operations and management. He is a 2001 graduate of Emory University and a 2011 graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Jonathan spent seven years working for two national law firms as a corporate and real estate paralegal, while playing the drums in and helping manage the business affairs of a professional recording and touring group.

Cindy has been with Cloverleaf since 1988. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing all operations issues, managing staff and performance of the portfolio, assisting Mr. Basofin in transactions and sourcing financing and capital. She holds a broker's license in the State of Illinois.

Liz joined Cloverleaf in 2006 and is responsible for the daily administrative function of the company. Liz is a certified paralegal, has a bachelor’s degree in Business from Northern Illinois University and has over 30 years of experience in the legal and real estate fields.
