A practicing attorney until 1982 when he founded The Cloverleaf Group, Michael Basofin brings his broad experience in the areas of real estate law, general corporate law, and business litigation to his role at Cloverleaf. He graduated from the Miami University in Ohio in 1967 and Loyola University School of Law in 1970. He has been the President of The Cloverleaf Group companies since 1982.

Cindy has been with The Cloverleaf Group since 1988. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing all operations issues, overseeing staff and performance of the portfolio, assisting Mr. Basofin in transactions and sourcing financing and capital. She holds a broker's license in the State of Illinois.
Jonathan E. Basofin

Jonathan works with The Cloverleaf Group while also working towards a law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. A graduate of Emory University, Jonathan spent seven years working as a corporate and real estate paralegal at Winston & Strawn and Greenberg Traurig. Additionally, he played in and helped manage the business affairs of a professional, signed recording group that toured nationally and abroad.

Theresa joined The Cloverleaf Group in 2007 and serves as Cloverleaf's Leasing and Property Manager. A graduate of Miami University in Ohio, she comes to Cloverleaf with experience in the commercial property management and finance fields. Her primary responsibilities include all leasing and property management activities, maintaining relationships with the tenants, and supervising the majority of the construction and space improvements.

Liz joined The Cloverleaf Group in 2006 and is responsible for the daily administrative function of the company. Liz is a certified Paralegal, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Northern Illinois University and has over 30 years of experience in the legal and real estate fields.
